About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team in September 2024. This full-time position has opened up due to a recent team expansion, reflecting the growth and success of our school.

You’ll be stepping into a well-organized classroom of 25 bright and eager students who are excited to learn. As a KS1 Teacher, you’ll be expected to bring creativity and energy into your lessons, helping each child reach their full potential.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in a KS1 setting.

• A deep understanding of the KS1 curriculum and the ability to deliver it creatively.

• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both with children and adults.

• A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students in your class.

• Assessing and tracking student progress, providing feedback, and adapting teaching strategies as necessary.

• Creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.

• Collaborating with colleagues to develop and share best practices, ensuring a cohesive approach to teaching across the school.

• Participating in extracurricular activities and school events, contributing to the broader school community.
