About the role:
As a KS1 Teacher, you’ll be stepping into a dynamic and rewarding environment where your passion for teaching and learning will flourish. This part-time role is perfect for a dedicated educator who is looking to balance their professional and personal life while making a significant impact on young learners.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to a lively group of KS1 students, fostering a love for learning in each child. The role offers a collaborative and supportive working environment where your contributions will be valued and celebrated.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential for this role.
• Experience in KS1: While experience is preferred, ECTs with a strong passion for KS1 teaching are also encouraged to apply.
• Excellent Classroom Management Skills: Ability to create a positive learning environment.
• Commitment to Inclusive Education: Must be able to support and differentiate for a diverse range of learning needs.
• Strong Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and Deliver Engaging Lessons: Tailor lessons to meet the needs of all students, ensuring active participation and progress.
• Assess and Monitor Student Progress: Provide regular feedback to students and parents, using assessment to inform future teaching.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other KS1 teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Create a Safe and Stimulating Classroom: Maintain a classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and learning.
