Your new role:
To provide an effective and professional HR service for the site and all its internal customers. Ensuring the site adheres to Group Policies, procedures and statutory legislation whilst developing and maintaining good employee relations.

What you'll need to succeed:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
The ability to organise and prioritise workloads, work under pressure and deliver against tight deadlines.
Have a dynamic and flexible approach.
PC Literate, with Excel, word, PowerPoint skills.
Recruitment / HR Administration experience is desired but not essential.
Experience in manufacturing is preferred but not essential.
Strong administrative skills.
Data entry background.
