About the Role

The Workdry Group has seen enormous growth over recent years. Due to this we’re pleased to be recruiting for a Head of HR Partnering to shape and deliver the HR plan by aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organisational success and enable a positive cultural change.

This role will be responsible for delivering business orientated solutions, making compelling data-led cases for change and driving improvements in HR and across the Group. You will be a strategic hands-on and inspirational leader for a team of HR professionals, ensuring that HR practices and proactive initiatives support a high performing, engaged workforce while fostering strong partnerships across different business areas.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business objectives and challenges, aligning HR strategies to support these goals and to use your extensive HR knowledge to advise and influence business decisions.

* Support strategic growth of the Group and HR by putting the best policies in place and to leverage data & technology, such as HRIS, to improve processes and drive productivity and retention across all Workdry businesses.

* You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of HR and ER professionals to ensure delivery of business-risk-assessed, legally compliant, commercially astute, pragmatic & compliant advice and support, aligned with company culture, providing challenge & being a key contributor to business decision making.

* Drive and embed change management to ensure business needs are met alongside the fair and consistent treatment of employees whilst fostering collaborative relationships with business leaders.

* Lead the HR Business Partnering function to support and develop People Managers with the relevant HR skills to enable them to lead, develop and motivate all employees within their areas of responsibility. This will include coaching in HR related subject matter, e.g disciplinary, capability, grievance, absence and upskilling regarding diversity and inclusion.

* Partner with the Chief HR Officer to develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with company goals.

* Develop and implement change management strategies that support business transformation, talent management and employee engagement.

Experience and Qualifications:

* FCIPD or MCIPD plus degree level in relevant discipline is essential.

* Progressive HR experience, with a solid focus of strategic business partnering.

* Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, talent management, company development, and change management.

* Proven ability to influence and drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives; experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams.

* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

* Proven excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to manage key relationships with the confidence to challenge the status quo.

* Great interpersonal skills and able to adapt your style and approach to meet the needs of your stakeholders in a professional manner.

* Computer literate (Intermediate user of MS Office applications, in particular)

* Car driver with ability to travel to various parts of the business when required.
