The ideal candidate for this Project Co-ordinator role will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative support-related tasks and be able to work independently. This person must be exceedingly well-organised and flexible, working collaboratively to ensure that key regulatory and operational processes are maintained to a high standard.

This is the ideal position for someone looking to get started in the world of operational technology and is keen to learn from a team of experienced technology professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the team in projects to enhance and simplify processes.

* Support the implementation and maintenance of governance mechanisms including compliance to a third party risk management framework.

* Build up project templates to support the team – use examples from current and past projects to identify best practice.

* Continue to evolve the processes and templates throughout the project lifecycle and project and ensure updates are entered in a time controlled fashion.

* Building strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders.

* Support the management of all technology risks including security and business continuity.

* The role will also include diary management for the Technology senior leadership team and coordinating and supporting external events including seminars and networking events.

* To support the department’s supplier management processes, including maintenance and development of record systems.

* Actioning requests to the IT mailbox, managing purchases from raising a purchase order, through to processing invoices for payment.

Key Requirements

* You need to have a minimum of 1 year’s office admin/co-ordination experience.

* Attention to detail.

* An interest in Technology and Innovation.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

* An interest in continuous learning and improvement.

* Experience of project management coordination desirable

* Strong customer service ethos.

* Good team worker and flexible.

* Excellent organisational skills and ability to judge priorities.

* Assertive, with confidence to take initiative when required.

* Good problem-solving skills and general common sense.
