Key Responsibilities for the IT Support Team Leader:

Assist with technical support within the team, working on 2nd line tickets and projects
Direct reporting and working closely with the senior management team
Manage multiple tickets and projects
Act as an escalation point within the team of ticket management
Ensure good communication with both customers and staff
Meet and exceed SLAs
Keeping the IT documentation up to date
Occasional overtime offeredSkills Required for the IT Support Team Leader:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Exceptional customer service skills and engagement
Working in a pressurized environment, handling multiple incoming requests, priorities and requirements.
Minimum 2 years working within a MSP
2nd Line service desk experience
Experience of working with Network technologies (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Wifi)
Experience of working with Microsoft technologies (AD, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, NPS)
Experience in Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Office 365, Entra)
