Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm

Collaborate with your team members to achieve overall business goals

Confident telephone manner and customer-focused attitude
Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDesired Skills and Qualifications:

Experience with Sage Line 50 or similar accounting software
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or equivalent
Proven ability to work to and achieve targets
