We are looking to recruit an SC Cleared Delivery Manager for a global IT Consultancy. Working with a reputable client in the City the role is pivotal in leading the implementation of new cloud services for business users and supporting existing service offerings.
This is a hybrid role and you will be required to work on site in London 2 days a week.
Valid SC Clearance is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the facilitation of cross-functional groups to plan and deliver projects.
Manage the Jira board and work in an agile way to ensure effective project delivery.
Report progress to key stakeholders and escalate any issues as necessary.
Oversee and coordinate delivery activities between virtual teams across Technology, Data & Analytics, and business areas, including external delivery partners.
Champion agile delivery methodology and build understanding and capability across all teams.
Ensure processes, policies, and standards are defined, agreed upon, maintained, and consistently applied.
Support the build or adaptation of data pipelines to the existing data platform and the rollout of support services for new tools.Essential Criteria and Experience:
Proven experience working in a change environment, managing both change and business-as-usual activities.
Strong track record of leading and coordinating project delivery, working closely with multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience with analytical and visualization data tools/products and cloud data services.
Ability to form strong stakeholder relationships, with credibility at senior management levels.
Emphasis on quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.
Strong planning and strategic thinking capabilities, with forward planning of own work and that of the delivery team.
Proficiency in identifying and deploying appropriate resources to deliver against agreed requirements.
Awareness and management of risk identification, mitigation, and actions.
Consistent track record of forming and maintaining trusting relationships with business colleagues.Desirable Knowledge/Competencies:
Good working knowledge of Jira & Confluence or similar packages.
Exposure to data governance forums
