About the role:

Are you a dedicated SEN TA with a passion for supporting students with challenging behaviours? We are seeking a committed and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Harrow. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with challenging behaviours.

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours.

• Collaborate with teachers and SENCO to implement effective behaviour management strategies.

• Assist in the development and delivery of individualised learning plans.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
