Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Business Development Managers in various tasks
Coordinate and action all aspects of Sales Support
Take proactive account management responsibility for some of our client's key accountsIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintain regular contact with customers through various channels such as email, phone, and video conferencing
Manage customer databases and mailing lists using CRM systems
Plan and attend both in-person and virtual customer meetings
Prepare and analyse customer sales reports using Sales CRM and Excel
Create engaging product presentations and turnover graphs for customers
Manage all new product information and pricing for our client's European customers
Keep customers updated on any changes or discontinued product lines
Respond to customer queries and inquiries both through the website and other channels
Complete tender submissions and monitor relevant forums for new tenders
Collaborate with the Marketing team to update the image bank and website images
Support the Marketing team in updating email customer databases and providing information for product e-shots
Plan, prepare, and attend trade fairs both in the UK and internationally
Assist with proofreading catalogues and other marketing documentationAdditional Responsibilities:

Provide cover and support for other colleagues in the Sales Support Team
Serve as the point of contact for incoming calls and customer inquiries
Undertake any reasonable duties requested by the Management team that fall within your ability
Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales Support teamSkills / Experience Required:

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

Administration / Sales Support background
Strong Microsoft Office including Excel skills
Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality
Strong attention to detail and exemplary accuracy
