What We're Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Apprentice to join our Learning and Development department. This role will be ideal for a school leaver or someone who is looking to kickstart their
career in the construction industry. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast paced and growing organisation and become a key asset to the team.
The purpose of this role is to assist the Learning and Development department with ensuring that we have a professional and competent workforce. Alongside this, an office-based apprenticeship will be organised to suit you and your career goals, to support your growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support the team to ensure that training and development provided to staff is in line with job profiles.
- Assisting the team with the delivery of internal and external training.
- Supporting management and the wider team to ensure that all training complies with standards and regulations.
- Identify ways in which the business can promote learning and development opportunities and supporting the team to integrate these.
- Assisting the team with various administration tasks, including Apprentice Levy and CITB Grants Schemes.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 GCSE's.
- Computer Literate and proficient in Excel.
- Well organised with a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with others.
- Willingness to learn.
- Hard working.
- Enthusiastic and determined
