We are looking for Training Coordinators for a temp to perm position in Bromley area, to start in immediately.

Hours: 36 hours per week (hybrid, 3 days at home, 2 days in the office)

Rate: £13.63- £14.95/h

Successful candidate will coordinate an annual programme of learning and development activities designed to enhance the performance of the Council’s Care Services for adults and children.

The main purpose of the role:

* Assisting setting up training events

* Preparing, attending, and minuting meetings

* Reviewing and updating new programmes/ system specifications

* Using an in-house system to set up orders

* Researching training providers as directed by the Workforce Development Consultant

* Analysing evaluation feedback and provision of data

* Facilitating review meetings and drafting reports

* Covering the absence of Business Support Administrator when needed

Experience / Requirements:

* Local authority experience

* Experience of working in a learning and development team or service

* Be able to describe the processes required to commission and deliver a learning event

* Familiarity or understand Learning Management Systems (LMS)

* Be able to communicate effectively across a range of methods – spoke, written, electronically and when to utilise the best method
