**Location**: Multi-site (the main site will be The Pavilion Leisure Centre, Bromley, BR1 3EF)

**Salary**: £25,000 p.a. pro rata Plus Benefits

**Job Type**: Part Time 20 hours, Permanent

**Closing Date: 5th October 2023**

**Key Duties**:

- To increase the number of adults and young people with special educational needs and disabilities who participate in sports and physical activity by developing, coordinating, promoting, and delivering a programme of MyClub activities.
- To organise a weekly programme of activities, deploying a team of instructors to deliver the programme and building relationships with stakeholders to promote the programme.
- To assist with the recruitment and training of a team of volunteer buddies to motivate adults and young people with special educational needs and disabilities to take up and retain sports and physical activity.
- To monitor and evaluate the MyClub programme through measurement and reporting of agreed key performance indicators (KPI's).
- To record programme registrations and attendances and monitor MyClub income and expenditure.
- To work as a team and on your own initiative to complete tasks.

A qualification in teaching physical activity is desirable, but not essential.
