📍 Location: South Kirby, West Yorkshire (commutable from Leeds, Doncaster, Pontefract, Wakefield)
💼 Contract Type: Temp To Perm
⏰ Working Pattern: Full Time
Responsibilities:
✅ Supporting the day-to-day administration tasks in a busy third-party storage and logistics office.
✅ Providing excellent customer service, resolving client queries in a professional and friendly manner.
✅ Utilising your exceptional communication skills to liaise with customers via telephone and email.
✅ Maintaining an organised and methodical approach to work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
✅ Collaborating with teammates to achieve team goals and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
✔️ Proven experience in a fast-paced administrative environment.
✔️ Knowledge of warehousing/logistics administration or customer service is advantageous.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages and strong computer literacy.
✔️ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
✔️ A flexible and helpful attitude, always ready to go the extra mile.
