Smart Workforce Solutions is a leading recruitment agency specialising in the industrial and manufacturing market. As part of the Smart Solutions Group, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative and effective workforce solutions. Our sales team is the driving force behind our success, and we are now looking to expand by adding a talented Business Development Executive to our team.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales for our Swansea branch. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside our successful Sales Manager, who will provide the support and guidance you need to excel in your role and achieve your growth targets. Upon joining, you will have a clear progression map, ensuring that you can see a path to career development and success within our company.
Key Duties:
* Using a variety of mediums- from outbound calling to Linkedin networking- to proactively reach out to potential clients to understand their needs and introduce our recruitment services.
* Build and nurture relationships through effective communication and rapport-building.
* Client Visits: Conduct in person visits to clients to understand their staffing requirements and business & discuss how our services can meet their hiring needs.
* Showcase our capabilities and establish a strong presence in the market.
* Work diligently to build a tangible and sustainable sales pipeline.
* Identify new business opportunities and strategically position our recruitment services to prospective clients.
* Work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to align sales strategies with recruitment goals.
* Working in a collaborative environment to ensure seamless client engagement and satisfaction- we pride ourselves on our friendly inclusive team

Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum of 1 years experience within the recruitment sector
* Previous sales experience is essential
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal team members.
* Ability to articulate the value proposition of our recruitment services.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
* Full UK driving license
