We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team in a vibrant Primary school located in Tower Hamlets.

Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, tailored to the individual needs of each student.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEN.
Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Monitor and report on students' progress and development.
Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of students.
Promote independence and encourage self-confidence in students.Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism and ADHD.
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
