About the Role

The Workdry Group has seen enormous growth over recent years. Due to this we’re pleased to be adding an additional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to members of the executive team to support the efficient delivery of company goals and communications. This role requires exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for the handling of sensitive information and business communication with the utmost discretion, liaising with internal and external stakeholders on various projects and tasks.

* Managing schedules for executive members, including calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, telephone calls and emails.

* You will act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

* Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and other inquiries, prioritising and responding on behalf of the executive when appropriate.

* Schedule meetings and business events both internally and externally in a timely and professional manner.

* Overseeing the smooth operation of the executive office, including maintaining office supplies and equipment.

* You will be preparing and editing reports, presentations, and corporate documents requested by executives.

* You will organise and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, arranging food/refreshments and following up on action items.

* Plan and execute executive-level events, conferences, and team meetings.

* You will be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation including hotel, train and flight bookings as well as handling travel related expenses.

* Assist in the planning and execution of special projects as assigned. Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure that deadlines are met.

* Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism. Maintain a secure and organised filing system for confidential documents and correspondence.

* You will occasionally need to work outside of regular business hours and on occasion, travel may be required to support the executives.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

* Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent in business administration, communications or similar – desired but not essential.

* Demonstrable experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role covering multiple executives.

* Proven experience in managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, and communications.

* Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

* Ability to form effective relationships with people at all levels and to communicate well over the telephone, face to face and in writing.

* Outstanding organisation and time management skills.

* Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

* Pre-emptive and able to assimilate new information quickly.

* Highly diplomatic and discrete with the ability to handle highly sensitive matters.

* Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands. Proactive and able to work on own initiative without supervision.
