The Role
Reporting into the CEO you will have the following duties:
-Prioritise key business activity, liaising with the CEO & COO's leadership team and preparing documentation and following up on actions.
-Diary management, meeting organisation and administration.
-Prepare and attend meetings taking notes.
The Person
Educated to a good level in business administration you will have the following experience:
-Knowledge of working with finance processes, venue booking and system usage.
-Confidential when dealing with sensitive information.
-Strong organisational skills and excellent stakeholder management capabilities.
-Strong Business Acumen
