Job role - Channel Partner Manager

Location - Remote

Salary - £55,000

Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a fast-growing technology business with offices located across the UK and they are looking for a Channel Partner Manager.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Channel Manager to join our growing team. As a Partner Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with key channel partners to drive revenue growth and expand market reach for our SaaS solution. You will play a critical role in identifying, recruiting, and nurturing relationships with partners to maximize mutual business opportunities.

Develop and execute partner channel strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including value-added resellers (VARs), system integrators, consultants, and other relevant partners.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including regular communication, training, and support to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, escalations, and support needs, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and operations, to develop and implement joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners.

Drive partner enablement initiatives, including training programs, sales tools, and marketing materials, to ensure partners are equipped to effectively sell and support our solution.

Monitor and analyse partner performance, pipeline, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

Continuously assess and improve partner program effectiveness, making recommendations for enhancements and adjustments as needed.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to promote our solution and build relationships within the partner ecosystem.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform partner strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.

Proven track record of success in partner/channel management, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry.

Strong understanding of channel dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go-to-market strategies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across different functions and levels.

Analytical and strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Self-motivated and proactive with a high level of initiative and creativity

Willingness to travel as needed.

Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment
