**The Role**

The Guest Nurture team are responsible for creating, delivering and maintaining the P&O Cruises customer relationship marketing strategy to strengthen guest relationships, increase loyalty and achieve sales targets to grow customer lifetime value (CLTV).As a manager in this function, you will work closely with your peers to fully consider the guest journey and how we best acquire new guests into the brand and retain loyal ones. You must have a passion for data and insight, be guest obsessed and target driven.

The On Board sales channel is a significant proportion of the sales distribution for P&O Cruises and the loyalty scheme holds huge opportunity for us. The role of **Onboard Sales & Loyalty Manager** is to fully leverage the On Board Sales Channel and Peninsular Club programme through effective strategic leadership across both our shoreside and fleet based On Board Sales & Loyalty Teams.

You will:

- Be Accountable for the On Board Sales Channel revenue
- Assist the Senior Manager, On Board Sales & Loyalty with the formulation of the OnBoard Sales channel strategy. Implementing this strategy with both the ship and shore teams.
- Appropriately manage the sales performance of the On Board Teams by undertaking regular reviews of targets, bonus schemes and A&P spend to ensure we are driving correct behaviour and maximising our tools for commercial success.
- Manage campaign and launch delivery through the On Board Sales Team by coordinating activity across all appropriate internal teams and channels..
- Be accountable for the management of our loyalty programme, the Peninsular Club, owning the day to day operational support and communication of the scheme, working closely with the Loyalty & Cruise Sales Teams On Board, Guest Experience and CRM teams.

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK07 and is offered on a full time permanent basis,with at least two days based in our Southampton office.

**About You**

- Experience working in a commercial environment, realising opportunities to deliver incremental sales and driving change to enhance the bottom line.
- Experience of customer journey mapping and use of Insights function
- Experience in dealing with senior stakeholders
- Presentation skills, along with the ability to negotiate and persuade
- Project and budget management experience
- Relevant legislative understanding
- Numerical data interpretation and analysis skills

The sizeable revenue total means senior leadership are keenly interested in performance, and you must be able to effectively communicate the opportunities, challenges and key decisions to these senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
