Role Description
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Southampton. This is a full-time hybrid role, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team and be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue. The role requires a self-motivated individual who can work effectively in a cross-functional role, collaborating with marketing, customer service, and engineering teams. The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven track record in achieving targets.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in polymer aerospace seals or other polymer engineering field
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop sales strategies
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Ability to work independently and remotely
