Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Generation Bookings: Coordinate and manage sales appointments, ensuring all bookings are accurately scheduled and communicated.
  • Follow-Ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and progress on sales activities.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
  • Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
