Office Manager

As the first point of contact for the London office, you'll handle various tasks that are crucial for day-to-day operations:

  1. Welcome visitors warmly and maintain front door security.
  2. Oversee daily office functions, ensuring everything is tidy and organised.
  3. Efficiently book meeting rooms and manage the calendar for meetings.
  4. Order office supplies, tea, coffee, and snacks to keep the team energised.
  5. Implement and maintain workplace policies covering fire safety, health & safety, and first aid.
  6. Coordinate maintenance and repairs within the office space.
  7. Build and nurture relationships with third-party suppliers and building management.
  8. Assist staff with travel arrangements and handle reception phone inquiries.
  9. Collaborate with HR and IT to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  10. Organise training schedules for incoming team members.
  11. Adapt to a variety of ad-hoc duties as they arise.
  12. Manage complex and constantly changing calendars across multiple time zones.
  13. Assist with scheduling internal and external meetings.
  14. Process expenses for senior management.
  15. Book and manage travel and accommodation efficiently.
  16. Provide a professional first point of contact for clients, showcasing exceptional communication skills.
