The Global Commercial Business Enablement Manager at Google uses data-driven strategies to support and lead various commercial initiatives. Their role focuses on positively impacting quarterly revenue and providing agile support to improve sales force productivity and efficiency.

This position is part of the Business Enablement function that resides within the Commercial Excellence group located in Amersham, UK, Portsmouth, UK or Marlborough, US At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Identify, develop, and implement Commercial Excellence initiatives to achieve strategic and tactical goals for the Commercial organization.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders across various operating companies to generate actionable insights and drive progress.
  • Provide insights and analysis to the Commercial leadership teams to guide strategic decisions and enhance performance.
  • Leverage the DBS toolbox to apply a continuous improvement approach.
  • Support the implementation of leadership policies as needed to meet business requirements.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science, Economics or Business Administration
  • Fundamental understanding of DBS tools
  • Possess excellent time management skills.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial disciplines such as marketing, commercial operations, or sales in a business-to-business environment.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • CP in a DBS tool
  • Proficient in SFDC and Oracle
