Bringing Ingenuity to Life.Job DescriptionThe Partner Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to drive business growth and ensure mutual success. This role involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing partnerships to maximize revenue and market presence. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of our industry.Key Responsibilities:1.Partnership Development:Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with the company’s strategic goals.Develop and execute a partnership strategy to expand the company’s market reach and enhance its product/service offerings. Negotiate partnership agreements and terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.Execution of annual partner plans2.Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships.Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with company objectives.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and to facilitate smooth collaboration.3. Performance Management:Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, using data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.Develop and implement plans to maximize the value of each partnership.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of partnerships.4. Marketing and Promotion:Collaborate with the marketing team to develop co-marketing initiatives that promote joint solutions and enhance brand visibility.Organize and participate in joint events, webinars, and other promotional activities to strengthen partner relationships and drive engagement. 5.
