The client is currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Account Manager/Business Development Consultant to retain, nurture and grow existing customers and win new logo business. They are committed to integrity, achievement and investing in people with fantastic training, the tools you need to succeed, and uncapped earnings.
Job role:
- Customer retention, cross-sell, and up-sell into existing customers
- Win new business logos
- Exceed monthly targets
- Professional telephone manner
- Attend customer meetings
- Update company CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Weekly reporting of activities/monthly sales reports
Essential Skills:
- Experienced B2B Account Managers
- Experience within IT, telecoms or technology preferred
