Digital Marketing Manager

IBA is the leading aviation data, intelligence and advisory company, providing data insights, consultancy, valuations, asset management, remarketing and technical services to the aviation industry.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team, you will be responsible to develop, manage and execute our digital strategy, maximising conversion across our core channels including Web, SEO, SEM, email, social, video and PR.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will join a team of 4, passionate about aviation and finding new ways to connect with our audiences.

You will be an intuitive self-starter and a collaborative team player with a proven track record in delivering excellent digital marketing results.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute the digital marketing strategy, including Web, SEO, PPC, social media, video, podcasts and email marketing
  • Position IBA as the leading aviation data, intelligence and advisory company, across all of our customer segments and digital platforms
  • Be a brand ambassador and build our brand awareness and reputation across all digital channels
  • Enhance website UX, increase traffic and conversion rates
  • Manage our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X and WeChat; grow our followers
  • Develop compelling social content to drive engagement
  • Develop and monitor paid search and social campaigns and manage to our budget
  • Measure and report key performance metrics and constantly seek to improve results
  • Bring best practice and identify new digital channels and strategies to grow our target audience

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in a similar role. 3-5yrs experience required
  • Digital Marketing qualification
  • Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
  • Use of CMS, WordPress, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, X, Account Engagement & Salesforce
  • Strong measurement skills and strive for continuous improvement
  • B2B experience preferred
  • Experience in/knowledge of the aviation market
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and exceptional copywriting skills
  • Extremely organised and accountable
  • Highly collaborative with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Great team player
