About this role

As a Marketing Communications Associate, you'll be part of a highly talented team that builds and manages tailored and engaging brand experiences to strengthen our reputation and drive commercial impact. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, you will work on projects that target our stakeholders: our employees, candidates, experts and clients. You will also support and drive our talent marketing strategy across EMEA and APAC (with some global exposure) collaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition team.

What you’ll do:

Talent marketing:

● Working closely with the Talent Acquisition teams supporting the development, and execution of integrated marketing and communications (on and offline) campaigns across multiple external touchpoints.

● Creating compelling content across multiple formats that drive candidate engagement and reinforce AlphaSights’ employer value proposition.

● Supporting the introduction of new and innovative ways to position AlphaSights in the candidate market.

Internal communications:

● Supporting the development and management of regional (and global on occasions) internal communications plans, and making ongoing recommendations to improve employee engagement.

● Planning and launching creative and high-impact employee engagement initiatives that inform, engage, and inspire. This will include supporting the creation and curating of inspiring content from newsletters, blogs, videos, and onsite events.

● Supporting the development of leadership communication strategies and content fostering a strong community and culture across the US and globally.

External communications:

● Leading all social media marketing activities - from content creation to posting and measurement.

● Supporting the generation of creative ideas for campaign activation across our external platforms including social media, third party media sites and in-person events.

● Supporting awards and recognition programmes to drive brand awareness across the US and globally.

More about the Marketing Communications Team

The Marketing Communications team is based across New York and London and aims to create, maintain, and communicate AlphaSights’ story and value proposition to attract clients and experts, engage employees, and appeal to our target talent markets. The team partners closely with every internal team to support consistent messaging, enable brand longevity, and make an objective impact on the firm.

Requirements

● 1-2 years of relevant communications and/or marketing experience ● Undergraduate degree ● Track record of strong academic performance (equivalent of 2:1 or above)

● Extracurricular achievement throughout school and university

● Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to multitask ● Excellent writing skills with high attention to detail and accuracy ● Proven ability to partner with all levels of the business and be an active listener ● Understanding of best practices in effective communications and marketing ● High-energy, self-starter who naturally spots vacuums and takes initiative ● Thrives in a fast-paced, challenging, and dynamic environment

Compensation and benefits

● £38,000 ● 4% matched pension contribution on qualified earnings ● Comprehensive private health insurance coverage and dental insurance ● 25 vacation days, 8 bank holidays, and business closure over the Christmas break. ● State-of-the-art office with amenities in the City of London; option to WFH Thursday and

Friday.
