NRG is thrilled to be partnering with a well-established and rapidly expanding MSP in their search for a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to deliver outstanding technical support to a growing customer base. Our client is experiencing a significant period of growth and is dedicated to fostering a dynamic and ambitious work environment, with a strong focus on the professional development of their team.

Deliver advanced technical support to clients, addressing and resolving a wide range of issues up to second-line level, encompassing Microsoft technologies and VoIP systems.
Take an active role in project delivery, including the installation and configuration of servers and networks to meet client requirements.
Continuously provide insights and feedback to support the improvement of technical processes and service delivery.
Proficient in Office 365 administration, including user management and configuration.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Extensive experience with Windows Server administration (2016-2022).
SharePoint
Strong grasp of desktop, networking, and peripheral technologies.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems.
Experienced in deploying software remotely.
Solid understanding of VoIP systems, SIP trunks, and digital telephony solutions.
