Personal Assistant

to support our Managing Director (MD) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at The Set Collection. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities with discretion and a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the MD and COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Act as the first point of contact for both executives, handling correspondence and phone calls discreetly and efficiently. Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and other documents for internal and external audiences. Organize and maintain files and records to ensure optimal organization and confidentiality. Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate events, board meetings, and senior management gatherings. Liaise with other staff members and departments to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and queries. Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality. Undertake occasional travel with the MD and/or COO to provide general assistance during external meetings and events as required. Qualifications: Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure.
