Housing Officer required to work with a Birmingham based Housing Association.

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 8 week temporary cover

50 P/H, paid weekly

Temporary

To provide support for tenants regarding repairs and maintenance and fire safety actions. Knowledge of MIS housing software desirable.

For this role, you will ideally have experience in social housing environment or related field and a strong background in in administration and dealing with customer complaints.
