Our client manufacturers Composite aluminium and Timber windows & doors and you'll be looking after, developing and winning accounts with window and door distributors and outlets in Southern and South East England.
Offering £35k-£40k basic salary dependent on experience, plus £10k+ bonus potential, Car allowance, up to 31 days hols, plus Bank holidays and industry leading benefits.
Field/Home based role covering Oxfordshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Surrey, Sussex, Kent and South Essex.
Selling the company's manufactured range of high end Composite, aluminium and Timber windows & doors.
A mix of new business, account management, account development and training your customers with big potential to grow further.
Selling into distributors, these can be small independent businesses to larger window and door outlets, some site visits but mainly as dual calls with the distributor salesperson.
Excellent support and back up with in depth training.
A large part of your role is to train and develop the distribution staff, essentially they are an extension of your salesforce and as such your job is to ensure they are confident and happy in their ability to sell your market leading fenestration products.
Great leads provided, brilliant internal support and CRM system.
Ideally you'll have a proven track record of field sales experience, although someone with a great attitude, good attention to detail and an ability to build relationships and support clients from a technical perspective will be considered. One of their best sales people was formerly a joiner.
You will ideally have sold something related to the construction sector, great if windows but if not then possibly kitchens, tiles or joinery related home improvement type products would be great but not essential.
You must be living on patch, ideal location would Surrey or Berkshire, but the client is flexible.
Advantageous if sold for a building materials manufacturer via distribution.
A genuine, multi-million pounds manufacturer of high quality windows and doors.
Annual bonus of up to circa £10k.
