Our Client

Our client is one of the largest independent regional total waste solution and soft FM providers that services commercial, industrial and public sector customers. They are seeking a Head of Sales to proactively drive sales through pace, direction and activity.

The Role

The Head of Sales will take full ownership, development and implementation of an efficient sales strategy to drive sustainable growth, identifying and developing new revenue streams within agreed and defined sectors and managing existing accounts whilst increasing profitability. You will also be responsible for strategically defining a sales process to maximise revenue and new business opportunities.

We are keen to speak to you if you have significant experience in a sales leadership position with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team, meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
