Alphamoneta, we are an executive search firm with a mandate to hire a Head of Sales for the UK region for an esteemed client of ours.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader(Head of Sales) to join our executive team. He/She will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and implementing dynamic and targeted sales strategies for each division of the company, and leading the sales and marketing teams. Sales Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Marketing Oversight: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive and effective campaigns for each division.
Revenue Operations: Optimize sales processes, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.
Financial Acumen: Work closely with the finance team to forecast revenue and manage the sales budget.
Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on revenue performance and market trends.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and drive high-performance teams.
Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning and analytical skills to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
