Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Skincare Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both new and existing accounts, driving growth within your designated territory, and delivering exceptional clinical education to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand and nurture client relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold-calling to generate leads.
  • Provide comprehensive clinical education to clients on our products and skincare solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in territory management and sales, preferably in the skincare or aesthetics industry.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and driving business growth.
  • Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
