We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join a high growth, global endoscopy organisation who are setting up in the UK. You will be focussing on driving new business and playing a key part in driving the business forward.

**Responsibilities**:

- Knows and analyses market size, competitive market landscape and other information from all sources and develops local product strategies to improve sales, decrease cost levels and increase market share for all product lines.
- Identifies business opportunities in the sales area, develops new business through direct sales activity.
- Meets and exceeds targets for revenue and profitability product mix
- Presents Company and financial packages at tender bids and corporate visits to head office, service centres and reference sites.

**About You**:

- At least 3 years sales experience with proven results.
- Medical Device knowledge
- Knowledge of the sector and experience selling into the arena is preferred
- Experience of tendering / leasing is an advantage.
- Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to negotiate at highest Trust levels.
- Clinical experience in manual handling or physiotherapy advantageous.
- Reliable.
- Self-management and organizational skills.
