The Role

The Talent and Organisational Development (T&OD) Specialist will support the talent management, engagement, and development initiatives of the organisation. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting HR software systems, coordinating programs and events, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The T&OD Specialist is a key member of the Talent & Organisational Development team. This team equips people, teams, and the organisation to strengthen the conditions for people to do their best work. As an agile team, Talent & OD’s way of working is to define, build, test, and deliver an increment of value over short periods of time.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate T&OD programs and initiatives
  • Assist with reviewing and developing internal communications
  • Collaborate with T&OD team members and organisational partners on projects on performance, engagement, and development programs
  • Assist with the centralised support of employee engagement activities like affinity groups and global corporate events
  • Design and implement T&OD processes to improve employee, team, and organisational performance
  • Create and maintain a T&OD dashboard to measure the effectiveness of programs and effectiveness
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting on metrics and team results
  • Maintain HR systems and tools relevant to people team work, while finding opportunities for streamlining
  • Conduct research and stay current on T&OD industry trends

This position may include global travel to support talent development efforts. It will also require someone to, at times, work hours to accommodate our global workforce.
