As a Partner in our Consulting Practice, you will lead and grow a high-performing team, drive strategic initiatives, and deliver client-focused solutions that align with our vision. This role demands expertise in the insurance sector, a proven ability to foster client relationships, and the capability to meet and exceed revenue targets. Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Insurance Consulting practice, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Partner with leadership to influence and drive organizational change and performance.

Own a personal annual revenue target, achieved through a mix of new client acquisitions and expansion of existing accounts.
Build and nurture a pipeline of opportunities across core and emerging insurance segments (e.g., Act as the firm's ambassador, networking with senior executives and decision-makers to establish trusted advisory relationships.
Lead and contribute to proposal development, pitches, and contract negotiations.

Oversee the delivery of strategic, operational, and digital transformation projects for insurance clients.
Provide C-suite-level advisory services, leveraging industry knowledge and consulting expertise.
Ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations regarding quality, timelines, and outcomes.

Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent to build a best-in-class insurance consulting team.
Drive skill development across the team, focusing on industry trends, client needs, and innovative consulting methodologies.
Foster a culture of accountability, diversity, and empowerment.

Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge of insurance industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
Innovate solutions that position the firm as a leader in the insurance consulting landscape.
