As a key member of the People team, you will play a crucial role in delivering generalist People support to improve business performance and to contribute to the delivery of all the People plans in line with the Welcomm Communication's culture and values. Reporting to the Head of people and Culture you will support the full employee lifecycle and carry out key HR processes and resolve employee relations issues.

Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Act as an advisor to line managers as they lead their teams through change, with a focus on improving colleague engagement and performance.
Produce and interpret key People metrics, data, insight and explain what they mean for business performance.
Offer coaching and guidance on policies, procedures, and best practice across all areas of people management, ranging from transactional to relatively complex matters.
Provide expert advice and guidance to the senior leadership Team on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support with recruitment, talent management, succession planning, employee relations, performance management, absence management, recognition, reward, and benefits.
Assist in the development and implementation of our People strategies and initiatives that align with business goals and company values.
Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies across all departments.
Partner with managers to support performance management and employee development.
Ensuring benefit packages adopted are the optimal choice available and maintain benefit records.
You will have previous experience of advising and coaching line managers.
Knowledge in navigating HR information systems.
