About the Role

Fruition IT is partnering with a leading manufacturing business to hire an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with strong Databricks expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and expand a near real-time data platform integrating AWS, Databricks, and on-prem systems.
  • Develop ETL processes to integrate and transform data from multiple sources into a centralized data platform on AWS.
  • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data pipelines.
  • Collaborate to gather and understand data requirements.
  • Design and build interactive and insightful dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data models, ETL processes, and BI solutions.
Requirements
  • Expertise in BI development, data engineering, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Extensive experience with Databricks and Apache Spark.
  • Experience with ETL tools and processes.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Proficient with both AWS and Azure.
