Job Description

We are currently seeking an Interim Production Manager to join our clients team and lead day-to-day production operations for an interim period. This exciting contract role offers a competitive salary / day rate based on experience and suitability as well as the opportunity to make a significant impact within the businesses day to day productivity whilst working with a superb team.

  • In this role, you will collaborate with various functions including Quality, Safety, Warehousing, and Logistics to ensure that company targets are achieved.
  • You will be responsible for setting and monitoring KPIs to drive performance improvements
  • Coordinating team tasks to maximize efficiency.
  • Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing procedures and play a key role in ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an immediate start for individuals with a background in Manufacturing, particularly within the FMCG sector.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Background in Manufacturing, preferably within the FMCG sector

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Degree or certification in relevant field
  • Demonstrated success in driving operational excellence
