- Privately owned entrepreneurial organisation.
- Qualified CIMA/ACCA or ACA or QBE.
- Interim/Temporary to permanent.
- Accomplished technical accountant.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Managing the Bookkeeping function to produce monthly management accounts.
- Accurate maintenance of accounts on Sageline (50) system.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Managing accounts payable function and processing payments.
- Assist in managing cash-flow, produce cash flow forecasts, monitor and chase accounts receivables.
- Running of the monthly payroll.
- VAT returns.
- Work with the external accountant to provide financial data and year end reports.
- Analysis and reporting of core KPI’s financial and non-financial, plans and forecasts.
- Enhance existing controls, processes and procedures system reports and develop reports to improve reliability and accuracy.
- You must have at least 5 years’ experience in a related Bookkeeping / Accounts role.
- This is a stand-alone role so you will be proactive and be able to manage your own workload.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Sage Line 50
