You will need to have experience in major infrastructure/Construction projects (multimillion £), have great strategic vision, and be a proven "hands on" leader.
 
To set out and implement the vision and design for the procurement function for the next 5 years.
To set out and implement procurement sustainability strategy for procurement.
To standardise procurement across the business units and areas.
Oversight and management of major infrastructure procurement projects (£100 million plus)
 
Infrastructure / large construction project experience.
A senior strategic procurement background where you have designed and implanted. procurement change and improvement programmes.
 
** This role can be based at a number of sites – however REGULAR TRAVEL to other sites is expected (including the NE and South Coast).
