It brings together online sellers, buyers and creators - all within TikTok to build a one-stop, seamless shopping experience and bringing more commerce solutions that further enable our community to discover and engage with what they love.
Recruit Ecommerce sellers using the new book of business; outreach using leads list, lead the pitching and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creator, logistics, legal, governance, campaigns, and marketing, to establish a seamless and efficient process for onboarding sellers
- Stay abreast of latest trends and ensure relevant brands are reflected in the new business pipeline
- Manage and update book of business, update weekly reports and key meetings to ensure new business progress is effectively communicated
Bachelor's degree or above
- 1-5 years of working experience
- Significant market expertise in e-commerce operations or e-commerce strategy;
- Analytical, data driven, structured thinking and goal oriented; Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of cross-functional teams;
- Demonstrable experience of relatable business development and account management experience
- Practical experience and understanding of social commerce, content marketing and influencers
- Strong knowledge of the ECommerce landscape, consumer demands, digital evolution and mobile transformation
