Role: Skilled Operatives, Weekly pay. Hours: 07:00am - 17:00pm, 50 hours a week, Monday to Friday. Interviews will be held on site. You must have the right to work in the UK. Intro Experienced Operative will ensure products are built to specifications and delivered in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Key responsibilities include interpreting manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs), manual handling of raw materials, and ensuring the highest quality of our bespoke products. Duties Actively involved in the full manufacturing cycle: starting with marking out beds according to detailed drawings, constructing and securing shuttering, ensuring cast-in items are correctly positioned, overseeing the concrete casting process, and carefully demoulding the finished product. Additionally, will perform general concrete finishing tasks to uphold the unparalleled quality of our bespoke offerings. Ability This role requires strong proficiency in spoken and written English and basic math skills but also a proven ability to navigate the demands of a busy manufacturing facility environment effectively. Prior experience in a similar capacity, highlighting skills in shuttering, casting, and finishing within the precast concrete industry, will be highly regarded
