Applicants must hold a minimum of

:

  • Have previous experience operating in a similar role.
  • The Person
    MUST be able and willing to work Monday
  • Friday the core hours of 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and
    variably work an oncall out of hours ROTA.
:

  • The Person will have the ability to work within a team or to your own initiative as the site conditions dictate.
  • This Person needs to have a level of customer service skills as the you will be required to interact with tenants and clients.
  • Own tools and equipment to perform the trade for which you are applying.
  • RIM Artium LLP will provide the operative with a company van and fuel in order for you to travel to the different sites.

Health and Safety responsibilities

:

  • You will be required to follow company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment.
  • Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received.
  • Report any issues or training needs to your site supervisor.
  • RIM Artium LLP will provide a uniform to the operative and a full set of PPE as necessary for the duties. It is the responsibility of the employee to ensure that the PPE is worn at all times when on client premises.
