We are seeking a strategic Sales Director to drive growth and expansion within our National Security Division.

As the Sales Director for our clients National Security Division , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives, cultivating key client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the realm of national security. Leveraging your expertise in the security industry and your understanding of security needs, you will lead a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the national security sector.
  • Identify and prioritise key market segments, prospects, and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, defence contractors, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and drive innovation.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of security requirements, regulations, and standards relevant to the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong network of contacts within the national security community, including government agencies, prime contractors, and industry associations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts.
