Recognised as a top 100 growing business by the Sunday Times, they are driving significant change within the industry and have ambitious growth plans, which this role will be key to supporting. Reporting to the Owners / Founders, this key role forms part of the Senior Leadership Team
Implement strategies to manage and progress a portfolio of around £200m and 300 units per year, meeting and exceeding set targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, solicitors, and financial advisors, to facilitate smooth transactions
Monitor and report on department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements to ensure the department operates at the forefront of the industry.
Understanding of UK real-estate market including legal requirements
Exceptional leadership and management skills
Proficient in using CRM systems
The role of Aftersales Director will join a tech based market leader within the Real Estate / Property Sector.
The role offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus generous benefits & bonus.
