Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Policy Specialist to join our team at Willow Resourcing Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing regulatory policies, guidelines, and processes that support our Financial Advisers in delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain regulatory policies, guidelines, and processes that ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including developers and external suppliers, to ensure the systems used by our Advisers are robust, effective, and compliant.
  • Perform annual reviews of product providers to ensure they are delivering good customer outcomes and fair value for money for clients.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on regulatory matters to our Financial Advisers and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Level 4 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in Compliance within a wealth management environment, with a strong working knowledge of investment products and associated regulation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
