The primary objective of the Marine Operations Director at Carnival UK is to offer strategic leadership for the planning and execution of day-to-day Nautical and Marine operations, focusing on lifesaving, safety, and navigation matters.
Ensuring effective implementation of all aspects through facilitating, delivering, and supporting policy improvements.
Collaborating with senior management to provide ship support as needed.
Leading Carnival UK's operational support hub (ORCA) and associated CARE team to deliver robust and efficient organisational response capabilities for identifying and managing operational issues.
Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK05 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, a minimum of 3 days per week.
